Payment terms

  1. 50% of the total order value must be paid via the payment link shared by BBL for booking confirmation, blocking of desired slot and locking the current price offered

  2. Balance 50% of the order value must be paid via the payment link shared by BBL on the scheduled date of booking before the start of photoshoot

  3. If the balance 50% is not paid as scheduled, the agreement between client and BBL stands canceled. Any amount paid for the confirmed booking thus far will be retained by BBL.

  4. All payments must be made to payment link or upi details shared by BBL. Any misplaced payment(s), to details other than ones shared by BBL, may not be considered as payment received.

  5. All prices are subject to change without notice by BBL. No exceptional consideration will be given to prior clients regarding product pricing, availability, package structure, or session fees.

Payment term

By booking with Blossoms by Lipika (hereafter referred to as BBL) you enter into a contract and have therefore agreed to abide by the services and privacy terms and conditions.

Delivery timelines

The typical delivery timeline will be 15 business days from the date of photoshoot. Any delivery date communicated at the time of billing will supersede this.

Refund policy

All payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances. The full/part payment amount may be used as future credit subject to rescheduling terms.

Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling

  1. Cancellation of a confirmed booking is not possible under any circumstances. Instead rescheduling will be offered.

  2. Any rescheduling request must be initiated with BBL in writing (WA: 9019 117 326, email: hello@blossomsbylipika.com) at least 10 business days prior to the confirmed photoshoot date.

  3. Any rescheduling requested less than 10 business days prior to the confirmed photoshoot date will be considered as no show and any amount paid for the confirmed booking thus far will be retained by the photographer.

  4. BBL allows only one free of charge valid reschedule request, ones made in writing more than 10 business days prior to the confirmed photoshoot date.

  5. For valid rescheduling requests, ones made in writing more than 10 business days prior to the confirmed photoshoot date, the new date for the photoshoot must be more than 10 business days away from the day of request, for BBL to be able to accommodate it. The new photoshoot date confirmation will be subject to availability of BBL on the requested date.

Copyright & Image reproduction

  1. The copyright of all photographs produced in any client assignment (paid/free) is owned by BBL at all times throughout the world. They may be used for advertising, display or for general promotion either in print, web or social media.

  2. Client grants BBL permission to display selected images produced in an assignment as an example of BBL's work and release all claims to profits that may arise from use of images.

  3. It is illegal to copy, scan or reproduce any image in any form whatsoever. This includes saving, screen grabbing and downloading from any online medium, including but not limited to instagram, facebook, website(s), etc.

  4. For posting online, due credit must be given to BBL (Insta: @blossomsbylipika). For any other purpose a written permission (email: hello@blossomsbylipika.com) must be obtained prior to the use.

  5. The client has the right to keep their images private. This must be mentioned before the photoshoot session. An additional privacy fee of 30% of the total order value will be levied for non-usage for advertising by BBL. This payment must be made before the start of the photoshoot session for the resulting photos to be kept private. Explore privacy package on the add-ons page.

Privacy package

Client photo retention

  1. BBL will provide the download link to the client for 10 days starting from the delivery date. Post this BBL may remove the link. The client must download and retain their copy from the shared link within 10 days.

  2. If the client fails to download the photos within the 10 days of the download link be shared, they can reach out to BBL to make it available again for another 10 days upon a payment of ₹ 500

  3. BBL may not retain the client photos beyond 30 days from the date of photoshoot. The clients are responsible to ensure they download and retain their copy of the photos within 10 days of the download link being shared

  4. The time limit on photo sharing and photo retention is being enforced as a client privacy control measure and also to limit the cloud storage cost borne by BBL. Your understanding and cooperation is much appreciated.

Interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances

  1. In cases of external unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to rain, bandh/strike, etc) resulting into a cancelled photoshoot less than 10 business days from the schedule date, a reschedule will be offered to the client on the next available and mutually agreeable date. The client will have to pay additional 50% of the advance payment (25% of the total order value) as exceptional reschedule fee. Also the client will still have to pay the balance 50% of the bill value before the start of shoot as required by the standard payment terms.

  2. If the exceptional reschedule fee is not paid within 2 business days of payment link being shared by BBL, the agreement between client and BBL stands canceled. Any amount paid for the confirmed booking thus far will be retained by BBL.

  3. For external unforeseen circumstances it is not fair or feasible for BBL to bear the entire liability of lost opportunity cost. Hence a small part of the liability (25%) is being passed to the client to keep it sustainable for BBL as a business.

  4. In cases of personal exigency on part of BBL a reschedule at the earliest possible mutually agreeable time will be offered at no additional cost to the client. The entire amount of advance payment will be used towards the rescheduled booking.

Privacy Policy

​BBL will never share, or allow to be accessed, shared or distributed, any personal or contact information of any client or enquiry obtained by any means.
